1. Service Agreement

By using NelsaHost services, you agree to these Terms of Service. NelsaHost operates as a Netherlands hosting provider, offering VPS and dedicated server solutions with a focus on privacy and freedom of speech.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

While we support freedom of speech and privacy, certain types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Child exploitation material of any kind
• Terrorism-related content or violent extremist material
• Network abuse: spam, phishing, malware distribution, or DDoS attacks
• Illegal content under Dutch or European Union law

Violation of these policies will result in immediate service termination without refund.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance. We accept various payment methods including cryptocurrency for enhanced privacy. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. We maintain minimal logs and do not share customer information except when required by valid legal orders from Dutch or EU authorities. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible.

7. Resource Usage

VPS and dedicated server resources are allocated as specified in your plan. Fair use policies apply - excessive resource usage that affects other customers may result in service limitations.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these terms, particularly for prohibited content listed in our Acceptable Use Policy. Customers may cancel services at any time through the client area.

9. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content hosted on your server. NelsaHost acts as a neutral technical service provider and is not responsible for customer content.

10. Limitation of Liability

NelsaHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the current billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
